Design and Build Quality
The Endura T18 II feels high-quality and solid without any rattles or wobbles. Both the body of the device and the tank are made of metal with a paint effect that stands out. The T18 II is a compact and lightweight mod measuring 96mm x 18mm, allowing you to carry the device around with ease.
The adjustable airflow is built into the battery rather than the tank, and there are 4 small holes that you can use to adjust the airflow. It is a plastic black airflow ring that moves smoothly and opens and closes off the 4 small holes. The type of draw you should expect would depend on the number of holes you close. With the airflow fully open, the drag should feel more like a premade cigarette, while closing it off a little should feel more like a hand-rolled cigarette.
There is a fire button with 3 small LED lights above it that serve as the battery level indicator, as well as the power mode selection. 3 lights mean full battery, 2 means half full, 1 means low battery. The fire button activates the device as well as fires. Just like many single-button devices, 5 clicks of the fire button will turn the device on, and another 5 will turn the device off. On the back of the battery, opposite the fire button, is the Micro USB charging port.
The Endura T18 II comes with a 1300mAh inbuilt battery that delivers an entire day of vaping on moderate use, giving you the right amount of power in an ultra-portable and lightweight body. The micro USB charges the device in just a couple of hours.
It has 3 variable wattage controls. You get to choose from 10.5W, 12W, and 13.5W. To adjust the preset wattage mode, simply press the fire button 3 times and hold it down. The T18 II will cycle between 10.5W (left LED), 12W (medium LED), adn 13.5W (right LED). Simply release the fire button when your desired power mode light is on.
The device also comes with low voltage protection, short circuit protection, adn low resistance protection, to make your vaping safer and stress-free.
Innokin T18 II Prism Tank
The T18 II Prism Tank measures 18mm in diameter and sports a 510 Delrin drip tip. There is a magnetic cap on the top that helps to protect the drip tip from dirt and debris. The 510 connection at the base of the tank is hollow to make room for the airflow from the air inlets on the battery to pass into the tank via the 510 pin.
The tank features a screw-off top fill system that makes filling a breeze. You simply unscrew the top of the tank to reveal a fill hole around the coil. Once you are done, screw the top cap back and you are good to go. There is also a window on the body of the tank that allows you to monitor your ejuice level as you vape.
The Endura T18 II starter kit comes with two 1.5-ohm coils, and both are horizontal coils. The coil life is great, thanks to the low power settings. To replace the coil, you simply remove the T18 Prism tank from the battery, unscrew the base of the tank and pull out the expired coil. Now, insert the new coil making sure that the coil edges align with the straight edges. FInally, install the tank base in the mod and fill the tank.
For an MTL vape, the flavor is pretty good, although the vapor is not massive. This is understandable since the device was designed to help quit smoking. In the end, the Endura T18 II does a good job living up to the status of its predecessor.
You can get the Endura T18 II Starter Kit by Innokin for only $40 on Hazetown Vapes.
